I'm a tenant of a house. I had an issue with a basement toilet fill-valve leaking. My landlord sent this company out and were here promptly. While here, one of the two guys asked if I was having issues with the upstairs toilet, which I was, but I didn't deem it serious enough to call a plumber out. Seeing as they were here, it made sense to have them look at it, and I appreciated the suggestion. Both guys were polite, kept the house clean and tidy, respectful, and most importantly, fixed the issue with both toilets. I now have a magnet on my fridge and wouldn't hesitate to recommend my landlord uses them again.

I also like that they always give me a heads up before heading over. I like that they work as a team and resolved my Kohler and Navien issues, and on top of that, fixed someone else's mistake from before. Onsite interaction was courteous. Bruce is very experienced plumber & knows how to get job done. He recently fixed our very serious/ emergency plumbing issue. He is very professional & has good work ethic.
